Can I buy in my local currency?
Yes, if your currency is USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, EUR, SEK, NOK, CHF simply select the 'pick a currency' dropdown list located at the bottom of each page on the website and you will see all prices site-wide in your currency at today's exchange rate as given by www.xe.com. Once you make your purchase however, the transaction will be converted back in UK Sterling Pounds.
How do you normally ship and how long does it take?
All orders are normally processed and mailed within 2 working days of receipt, but we aim to send all orders within 1 working day.
We use Royal Mail services for all orders unless over 2kg in weight, when we will choose an alternative courier.
- UK-destined orders will take between 1-4 working days depending on the service you choose for delivery
- EU orders will normally take up to 5 working days, depending on the destination country
- All other international non-EU (USA, Canada, Rest of the World) will take between 4 - 10 working days
- We ask all UK customers to allow up to two weeks for delivery
- We ask all overseas customers to allow up to four weeks for delivery
Can I give you my credit card details by email, snail mail or by telephone and order that way?
Sending your details by email is not safe as emails can be intercepted by hackers, so this is not a recommended method.
However, you can call us during office hours between 9.30 GMT (UK time) and 17.00 GMT Monday - Friday on +44 (0)1865 355515 or if you're in the UK 01865 355515 to place your order by 'phone. To order outside these hours, please email your request with your contact number and we will call you, or call and leave your phone number and a message on our answer service so we can call you back.
To send your order by snail mail, please place your order online and select to pay with a Cheque.
Can I order by Credit or Debit card online?
Yes you can. Simply place your order and follow the instructions in the cart. You will be able to pay through PayPal or WorldPay with all the major credit and debit cards, including American Express.
How do I check up on the progress of my order?
You will be notified automatically when your order has shipped. If you have not received your order within the expected delivery times, just drop us an email with your order details and we'll check it out for you. If you have chosen a tracked delivery service we may notify you of the tracking information, but during busy times as this is not automated, you may need to contact us for the tracking information which we will be more than happy to provide for you.
How do I become a reseller? Do you have wholesale prices?
Just drop us an email with your request, and we'll have a chat! Yes, we do have wholesale prices for many of our products other than the books and e-books, and we'd love to work with you.

Carefully selected ingredients
We use our favourite sustainable Coconoil™ unrefined virgin organic Coconut Oil which is also Soil Association certified.
Widely acknowledged as offering the safest, broadest-spectrum sun protection possible, we have used a pharmaceutical grade uncoated, non-Nano Zinc Oxide, which also has a cooling, slightly astringent, antiseptic, antibacterial and protective action on the skin, making Shade™ a perfect aftersun also.
We use a pure, sustainably-sourced unrefined beeswax which is completely non-toxic, locks in moisture, has excellent water-repellant properties and naturally nourishes the skin. In cosmetics, beeswax is an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-allergenic and a germicidal antioxidant making it a perfect sunscreen ingredient.

Store above 18 degrees centigrade to keep soft. High wax and oil content will otherwise make the product harder to apply if stored in colder temperatures.
Apply generously. Works immediately. Reapply regularly at least every 2 - 3 hours or after exposure to water or after sweating.
