DOSAGE
Adults
- Powder: 0.5 g (¼ teaspoon) twice a day
- Capsules: 1 capsule, twice a day (morning & evening)
Children under 12 years
- Powder: half the adult dose (i.e. ~0.25 g twice a day)
- Capsules: ½ capsule twice a day, or mix powder from half a capsule in food/honey/jam
