Here's our simple 30-day 'no questions asked' return policy

It's really simple. We're pretty confident you'll love our products. But if for some reason you're less than happy - whether that's because of a mistake on our part, something damaged, or just a change of mind - then we'll either replace the products or give you your original money back within 30 days. It's your choice. We just ask you send the products back in the same condition you received them, with seals intact, and we recommend using a tracked postal service.

If you bought something on the website, just send us an email to sales@not-the-norm.com or connect with us through our live chat during office hours, letting us know what the problem is, and we'll sort things out.

If you bought any of our products through a third party shop, please take it back to them first. We're confident they'll be able to help you sort any problem, but if you'd still like to speak to us, then e-mail sales@not-the-norm.com or connect with us through our live chat during office hours.

Refunds

Once we've received back the item(s) you wanted to return, we'll send out a replacement to you, or process your refund to your original payment method, and let you know. (Please ensure that you get proof/confirmation of postage (free) from the Post Office.) Note that in the case of returns or exchanges which are because of a change of mind and are not due to a faulty product, we will not be able to refund postage charges after having incurred the cost of posting the items already.

We want customers to feel confident trying our products, which is why FollicleFood, SuperFace and StopHair are covered by our money-back guarantee, subject to fair and reasonable use.

How the Guarantee Works

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product has been used as directed and for a reasonable trial period
  • No more than one unit per product is eligible for a refund per customer
  • The product container must be returned with a reasonable amount remaining
  • Proof of purchase is required

This guarantee is intended to allow customers to try a product properly, not to use large quantities without payment.

Important Fair Use Conditions

To prevent abuse of this policy:

  • Refunds will not be issued for multiple units of the same product purchased in a single order or across multiple orders
  • Refunds will not be issued for products that have been fully or excessively used
  • We reserve the right to decline refund requests where product usage is inconsistent with normal personal use or the stated directions
  • Any refund request that appears fraudulent or unreasonable may be refused at our discretion
  • This includes, but is not limited to, returning multiple empty or near-empty bottles and requesting a full refund.
