CDQZ™ is for people who can't afford any downtime.
It’s ideal if you:
- Prefer one carefully formulated capsule to taking several separate supplements.
- Care about what goes into your supplements and why it’s there.
- Value vegetarian supplements with no additional and unnecessary additives
- Like buying from UK based family businesses.
Don’t wait until you feel run-down, build your immunity now so your body is strong enough to face what the world throws at you.
CDQZ™ contains four focused active nutrients: Quercetin, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and Zinc.
The only additional ingredient inside the capsule is magnesium stearate which is there to help the active ingredients flow smoothly into the vegetarian capsule during production.
We don’t add anything just to ‘bulk it out,’ everything in CDQZ™ has a role to play.
The strength of CDQZ isn’t just what each nutrient does individually. It’s how the four work together.
Vitamin C helps reduce tiredness and supports the way your body produces energy.
Vitamin D3 helps keep your bones and muscles functioning normally, especially during months when you get less sunlight.
Zinc supports normal brain function and helps protect your cells from damage.
Quercetin is a natural plant compound that helps the other nutrients work together as a team.
These four focused nutrients work together in one clean daily capsule for those who can’t afford to take time out.

Supporting Vitamin D through your diet
Vitamin D works as part of a much wider nutritional picture. A varied diet containing sources of magnesium and Vitamin K can help provide the other nutrients your body needs.
Magnesium can be found in foods including nuts, seeds, wholegrains and leafy green vegetables. Vitamin K is found in leafy green vegetables, vegetable oils and cereal grains.
Meaningful doses - including Vitamin D3 at 12.5× the Nutrient Reference Value.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Heavily researched ingredients recognised to make a difference.
Up to 12.5 x the strength of the recommended minimum daily intake.
Here at Not the Norm, we believe that fewer ingredients with purposeful quantities are what matters in a supplement.
We go above and beyond the minimal daily intake recommendation because we know this will ensure your immune system has the resources it needs.
FAQs
CDQZ Immune Support is a carefully balanced blend of key nutrients including Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Zinc and Quercetin, formulated to support your immune system and general wellbeing. These ingredients work together to help your body stay resilient and maintain normal immune function all year round.
Vitamin D3 helps your body absorb calcium, but for that process to run smoothly, your body also needs magnesium and Vitamin K2. Magnesium supports the conversion of Vitamin D into its active form. Vitamin K2 helps ensure calcium is directed into your bones and teeth, not into soft tissues.
For this reason, many people choose to take magnesium and K2 alongside CDQZ Immune Support to achieve a more complete nutritional balance, or they ensure they eat plenty of Vitamin K2 and magnesium-rich foods.
Yes - CDQZ Immune Support is designed for regular use. It can be taken all year round, though it’s especially helpful during the colder, darker months when your body may produce less Vitamin D naturally. Always follow the suggested use on the label.
Take CDQZ Immune Support with a main meal that includes a small amount of healthy fat (like avocado, olive oil, nuts, or eggs). This helps your body absorb the fat-soluble nutrients such as Vitamin D3 more effectively. Try to take it at roughly the same time each day for consistency.
CDQZ Immune Support is well-tolerated when used as directed. Taking too much Vitamin D3 without enough magnesium or K2 may affect calcium balance, so it’s important not to exceed the recommended intake for more than 3 days. If you have a medical condition, take prescription medication (especially blood thinners), or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult your healthcare provider before use.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. CDQZ does not prevent, treat, or cure diseases. If you have food allergies, are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescribed medication, or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before use. Do not exceed the stated recommended dose. Store below 25 °C in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
