How do you normally ship and how long does it take?
All orders are normally processed and mailed within 2 working days of receipt, but we aim to send all orders within 1 working day.
We use Royal Mail services for all orders unless over 2kg in weight, when we will choose an alternative courier.

- UK-destined orders will take between 1-4 working days depending on the service you choose for delivery
- EU orders will normally take up to 5 working days, depending on the destination country
- All other international non-EU (USA, Canada, Rest of the World) will take between 4 - 10 working days
- We ask all UK customers to allow up to two weeks for delivery
- We ask all overseas customers to allow up to four weeks for delivery
Can I give you my credit card details by email, snail mail or by telephone and order that way?
Sending your details by email is not safe as emails can be intercepted by hackers, so this is not a recommended method.
However, you can call us during office hours between 9.30 GMT (UK time) and 16.30 GMT Monday - Friday on +44 (0)1865 355515 or if you're in the UK 01865 355515 to place your order by 'phone. To order outside these hours, please email your request with your contact number and we will call you, or call and leave your phone number and a message on our answer service so we can call you back.
We are unable to accept payment by way of cheques. However, you can pay by bank transfer if you prefer., just place your order as normal online and choose 'bank transfer' for payment.
How do I check up on the progress of my order?
Register for an account and you will be able to check-up on the progress of your order anytime. You will also be notified by email with your tracking once your order has been shipped.
