Historically charcoal has been used to restore healthy gut function, and activated charcoal is still used in the emergency treatment of certain kinds of poisoning. Our product consists of a pure charcoal made from sustainable hardwood sources. It is not activated, and will not be absorbed into the bloodstream, but will pass gently through the digestive tract and out through the stool.

Our non-activated charcoal has been potentised so that it only removes undesirable substances, leaving essential nutrients behind - ideal for daily detoxing. On the contrary, ‘Medicinal’ or ‘activated’ charcoal which is found in pharmacists and health shops is only recommended for short term use.

Ingredients per capsule:
250mg Carbo ligni (wood charcoal), Vegetable cellulose capsule.
Dosage:
1-2 capsules with a large glass of water after each, meal or 3-4 capsules with 500ml water before bed.

I am finding Toxin Buster to be a very gentle but really good natural daily detox aid. Highly recommended!
Great product
Because I know that charcoal has several benefits, I've tried a few charcoal products in the past. The problem is that, taken regularly, constipation was an issue with all of them. But this isn't an issue with Toxin Buster. I've been taking two to four capsules a day for a few weeks now and have felt the benefits with no adverse effects at all. A great product!
Excellent detox aid and bowel regulator
I have benefitted greatly from regular use of Toxin Buster over the last 9 months. It has helped me overcome past frequent problems with alternating IBS and constipation, and I find it very useful in protecting against hangovers. I have tried various other brands of 'activated' charcoal in the past, but find Toxin Buster to be more effective and/or better value for money than any alternatives.

How do you normally ship and how long does it take?
All orders are normally processed and mailed within 2 working days of receipt, but we aim to send all orders within 1 working day.
We use Royal Mail services for all UK orders unless over 2kg in weight, when we will choose an alternative courier.
Generally...
- UK-destined orders will take between 1-4 working days depending on the service you choose for delivery
- EU orders will are sent using a courier service which takes your order across the channel into The Netherlands, where it is then sent using DHL eCommerce service. Your tracking will start to be active once the item has reached The Netherlands. There will be no customs duties or tax to pay additional to the cost of your order. These costs are factored in to the price of your order.
- All other international non-EU (USA, Canada, Rest of the World) will take between 4 - 10 working days
